Today I met with some old friends. Friends who have fallen. Friends who are so broken inside and they need the Savior. It troubled my heart to listen to the conversation. Because this world has offered them things, and they've grabbed them. They have accepted the worlds enticements. They've listened to it's lies. Their self worth comes from what the world tells them it should. Their attitudes are that of self and 'no regret'...it made me wonder some things...what about the conscience? Don't we all have one? Don't we all feel the same way in our sin? How can one individual feel that weight and remorse, and another not? It troubled my heart to see the influence of drugs and alcohol in their lives. It's taken over them, It's made them someone else.

Lord, I will believe You will bring them back to Yourself.
God I lift up their souls to You.
