What else can I say besides the thousands of people counting my generation out are terribly wrong?
What else can I say besides 7 strangers touched my heart in a very significant way?
What else can I say besides bring on the pain, bring on the prosperity, bring on whatever it takes to completely and totally glorify the God of this Universe?
So many things don't matter.
Yet, so many other things do.
Paradigm shift of perspective. Paradigm shift of the attitude.
"Expectancy prepares the way for the miraculous. "
That's the only thing I knew I needed for this conference. Expectancy.
And the miraculous happened. Let's talk numbers for a second.
7 people gathered around praying for someone we just met a day before, praying the power of Heaven down as God completely transformed my brother's heart for His Kingdom.
22,000 college students in 1 building worshipping God (heaven right there.)
$669,000 raised for over 10 causes to help needs all over the world.
$669,000 matched by a couple who was so moved by the generousity of college students.
5 speakers giving up their time, energy, resources to lead people younger than them.
2,000 people making up the "striped orange" community group discussing the Word and lifting one another up.
I am moved to action.
To focus on making God bigger in my life.
On letting people know about Him.
He is for me and not against me, and yeah, people will come up against me and people will not respond at times, but if this takes everything out of me, it's worth it.
It's worth it for one person if that's all that there ever is.
Don't count us out yet, because God is rapidly moving and raising up godly men and women.
There are a lot of things I haven't done right over time (of course), but this is about to be a remarkable year for me, a year full of the goodness and mercy of the Lord.
I will serve Him all my days...
And I don't know what it's going to look like, I don't know who all I'm going to meet in my lifetime, but....
