It's still kind of weird to me that it's 2009. I'm in a much different place than I was this time last year and even that much more from this time 2 years ago. I have fresh faith and new perspective, opportunities and doors opened to minister and work with several different people/groups to do some pretty neat things. So when I look ahead, I don't know what this year holds, but I know it's going to be so incredibly good. That On December 31st, 2009 I will be even more amazed at how blessed I am than I am right now. So along those lines, instead of making a list of personal resolutions for the new year, I've decided to just make a list of things that I want to do for people/have happen in the upcoming weeks and months of '09. Some are personal to me, some are for specific people, some are in general, and then some are going to need others to join in with me to make it happen. Here's just a little portion of my list:
*To make someone's day every day.
*To continue ministering.
*To mean what I say, and say what I mean.
*To become less (that He may become more.)
*To do my best.
*To witness a miracle.
*To follow through.
*To pray with someone to receive salvation.
*To send out 14 Valentine's Day letters/cards to people who need to feel loved.
*To buy a Bible for someone who doesn't have one.
*To buy a meal for someone I don't know.
*To read about Adrienne's baby
*Find someone who is alone and have lunch with them.
*To ask questions.
*To hug a special needs person.
*To pick something up for someone who dropped it.
*To have a "divine encounter" while at work.
*To get (and send) mail from another country.
*To begin the rough, rough, rough draft of my book.
*To help an elderly person clean.
*To paint for someone.
*To go on a date to the art district in Chattanooga (any takers? lol...)

The rest are for specific people, but this is just a portion.

Happy New Year!!!

What are some things you want to do/accomplish this year? How can I help/pray for those things to happen?
